No price. The macro is not on sale anymore; it is freescript. Improved compiled versions 'Cromm_02A' and 'Cromm_02b' - 'Cr2g1.ise' and 'Cr3g1.ise', respecticvely - can be downloaded without charge on this page. 'Cr2g1.ise' and 'Cr3g1.ise' work only in IDEA's [old] versions 2002 and IDEA 7.
